The resort is perfectly located just across from the beach and within walking distance to various restaurants and cafes. However, my experience in unit #10 was rather disappointing due to its poor upkeep and outdated amenities. While the position and views were remarkable, the cleanliness and condition of the unit left much to be desired.

The Sandpiper is in a prime location right in the heart of Broadbeach, with restaurants and shops just steps away and the beach directly across the road. The apartment was comfortable and homely, although the unit we were assigned had some wear and wasn't as tidy as expected. The exterior renovations were ongoing, which didn't disturb our stay, but the interior could really use an update. Overall, it's a solid choice if you prioritize location over modern amenities.

Our stay at Sandpiper Apartments was fantastic, boasting a prime location right across from the beach and just a block from Broadbeach mall. The spacious room offered stunning ocean views which were a highlight of our trip. While the apartment was a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable for our family getaway. One downside was the hardness of the bed, which didn't make for the best sleep experience. Overall, we'd definitely consider returning for the vibrant local amenities and proximity to the beach.
